DIRECTOR OF MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
We are looking for a Director of Membership Development to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary, incentive structure and comprehensive health/retirement benefits options. The Director of Membership Development reports to the VP of Development. A proven track record of membership development for a high-end, private club is required.
The Membership Director will work with a team of sales and marketing professionals and is responsible for maximizing membership recruitment through the successful formulation and execution of a strategic sales and marketing plan, as well as through the development and maintenance of relationships with existing members, stakeholders, local business leaders, and other various sales prospects. The ideal candidate should have an established record of success with utilizing professional sales and marketing skills to perform internal & external sales calls, generate qualified leads, execute marketing campaigns, and actively develop and participate in external sales activities and networking events to develop the Via Mizner brand and recruit new members.
- A minimum of 10 years of sales and marketing experience with a proven track record of establishing sales and marketing programs to drive revenues while working within a team environment.
- Strong Sales/Negotiating ability.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills..
- Computer and technology savvy.
- Strong Leadership and Time Management Skills.
- Self-motivated, Driven and Professional.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
