
BRUCE G. SIROF
Senior Executive Vice President
As Senior Executive Vice President, Mr. Bruce Sirof oversees a portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties totaling approximately 2.5 million square feet. While serving in this capacity, Mr. Sirof is responsible for all strategy, oversight and direction of the assets as they relate to property management, leasing, marketing and financial performance. He is also responsible for the real estate brokerage operations which include co-broker activities, investment sales, lease negotiations, as well as due diligence and market analysis.
Prior to joining Penn-Florida Companies in 2001, Mr. Sirof held several positions with Jones Lang LaSalle (formerly known as Jones Lang Wootton Realty Advisors) in New York – including Partner and Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and Chief Operating Officer of its asset management group. Throughout his 30-year career in real estate, Mr. Sirof also served as Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Integrated Resources Inc. national property management division, and Senior Vice-President of Asset Management at Schroder Real Estate Associates, where he managed co-mingled overseas pension trust accounts.
