Ms. Rogers-Barron has over twenty (20) years of experience in commercial real estate.  In her role as Senior Vice President at Penn-Florida, she is responsible for overseeing the Company’s Tampa portfolio.  Prior to joining Penn-Florida, she was the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Cypress Creek Capital where she managed a portfolio of over one (1) million square feet. Previously, Ms. Rogers-Barron held the title of Vice President, Director of Corporate Properties with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.  In that capacity she was responsible for site selection, lease negotiation, construction and facility management for a portfolio of two hundred (200) real estate offices throughout Florida.

Ms. Rogers-Barron is a licensed attorney and has had extensive experience in landlord/tenant relationships, as well as project management and lease administration. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lake Erie College in Painesville, Ohio, and a Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, in Cleveland, Ohio.
