Wanda Thayer is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in business management and community development, and has been an active civic leader in Palm Beach County for more than 35 years.  She has over a decade of experience in real estate, and has successfully closed over 100 deals in both the residential and commercial sector.  She holds a Real Estate Sales Associate License and a  Community Association License in the state of Florida.

Her career began in the facilities sector where she founded an air conditioning business and grew it into a $4.5 million dollar enterprise.  Ms. Thayer then transformed a separate organization from a point of near bankruptcy into a business generating over $4 million in sales.

Her multifaceted background has secured her role in numerous business, municipal, civic and charitable organizations, and she is recognized as one of the most admired community leaders in the county.  Ms. Thayer was honored as the recipient of the prestigious Sun-Sentinel “Excalibur Award” for Outstanding Business Leadership.  She has and served as Chairman of both the Community Redevelopment Agency and the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, and participated on other numerous civic and charitable boards.
