Career Highlights/Experience:  Vicki Henry has over 21 years experience in commercial real estate in the areas of project leasing, sales, tenant representation and project management. Prior to joining our team, she spent 17 years with the Trammell Crow Company, receiving numerous awards as a top producer and rising to the position of Senior Vice President in Orlando FL.  Currently, Ms. Henry leads the Landlord and Tenant Brokerage Services Group for Penn-Florida Realty Corp. in North Florida.  In this role she is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all commercial real estate transactions for tenants and for investor-owned properties.  

Ms. Henry has extensive experience in value creation for clients having closed more than 3.2 million square feet of real estate transactions throughout the state of Florida, valued at over $387 million in aggregate.  She has special expertise in- repositioning office and industrial assets for owners of real estate, corporate headquarter relocations, disposition and consolidation of space for tenants, lease renegotiation and acquisition of space for corporate clients. Ms. Henry has a breadth of industry expertise in the areas such as call centers, healthcare and life sciences, educational centers, financial services, legal services, insurance, simulation and technology fields. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA in real estate and finance with highest honors from the University of Texas in Austin.  She has advanced studies in politics and corporate policy from Georgetown University in Washington D.C. Ms. Henry formerly practiced as a CPA with Ernst and Young.  She is a member of NAIOP, the Economic Development Commission of Central Florida, the Orlando Chamber of Commerce and the Florida Board of Realtors.  She is a past member and Hallmark award winner with the Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society and a board member for Community Education Partners. Ms. Henry received the SIOR designation in 2002 and currently holds a valid license as a Florida Real Estate Sales Person.
