Mr. Sneidman specializes in investment sales, leasing and tenant representation.  Prior to joining Penn-Florida, he worked with Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap and Blau & Berg where he recorded the largest commission in the company’s fifty year history.  Mr. Sneidman is a graduate of the University of Florida, and also served in the U.S. Naval Reserve.
