Mr. Sneidman has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and specializes in investment sales, leasing and tenant representation for large national accounts.  His solid track record has resulted in nearly one million square feet of successful transactions. Prior to joining Penn-Florida’s Brokerage team in 1998, Mr. Sneidman had worked for such notable companies as Marcus & Millichap, Grubb & Ellis, Colliers International, Citigroup and Blau & Berg where he recorded the largest commission in the company’s 50 year history.  Mr. Sneidman is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida, a graduate of the University of Florida, and has also served in the U.S. Naval Reserve.
