Mr. Chinnock has over 35 years of experience in South Florida real estate, and he specializes in the sale and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties working as both a Landlord and Tenant Representative.  He has been a member of Penn-Florida’s Brokerage team since 1989, and is consistently ranked among CoStar’s Top Twenty Leasing Brokers in Palm Beach County. 

Prior to joining Penn-Florida, Mr. Chinnock worked as a Landlord Representative for Stiles Corporation and managed their industrial portfolio in the Boca Raton area.  In addition to his success in leasing and sales, Mr. Chinnock has extensive experience on the property side of real estate, working as an Asset Manager for National Life of Vermont.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, with a second major in in Chemical Engineering, from the University of Arizona.  He is also a veteran of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  Mr. Chinnock was born in Cape Cod, Massachusetts and spent his childhood in the Northeast.
