MELISSA KAY GREEN
Vice President of Sales & Marketing

An accomplished real estate executive, Ms. Green has over 25 years of experience in development marketing, advertising and project oversight. She has supervised on all aspects of the sales and leasing operations for multi-family, hotel, and mixed-use developments. Prior to joining Penn-Florida Companies, Ms. Green served as Executive Vice President of Development Marketing at Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. She also previously acted as Director of Real Estate for Global Hospitality Equity Holdings, where she was responsible for consulting and advisory services for residential, hotel and commercial developers and buyers on a wide array of developments.

Prior to GHEH, Ms. Green was Vice-President Marketing and Sales for KB Urban. After a nationwide search she was selected to oversee and launch LA Live, a mixed use development project in conjunction with the staples center’s ambitious retail expansion, which has since been the lynchpin of all downtown development. She ultimately took over all urban development in Southern California for the prolific homebuilder.

Ms. Green began her career at M.J. Raynes Inc. and Classic Marketing in the Sales and Marketing division under the leadership of Susan de França, marketing and selling 22 conversion properties throughout the city including holding sponsor positions on multiple co-op boards. In 1996, Ms. Green joined Bruce Eichner at The Continuum Company where she ultimately became Executive Vice-President of Marketing and Sales.
