Mr. Bauer is responsible for directing all activities in the financial services division of the Penn-Florida Companies. In addition to serving on the Executive Committee of the company, his responsibilities include corporate and property financial planning and reporting, information technology management, risk management and treasury functions.
Mr. Bauer is a former practicing Certified Public Accountant, a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and a Licensed Florida Community Association Manager. Mr. Bauer has been involved in all financial aspects of both commercial and residential development and operations for over 30 years in South Florida. As a top executive of major public and private real estate organizations, Mr. Bauer has gained extensive experience and expertise in negotiation financing, systems implementation, project feasibility analysis, compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and compliance with federal, state and local tax in addition to numerous other reporting requirements.
