Mr. Schifano is responsible for directing all asset management and property management activities for the firm. He has 20 years of experience in corporate real estate departments with Fortune 100 corporations such as Gannett Corp, AT&T Corp and Citigroup, Inc. handling commercial real estate site acquisitions, lease transactions and asset management. Throughout his career in New Jersey, New York and Florida, he has also been responsible for real estate site selection, property management, project management and lease administration groups. The New Jersey native attended Bloomfield College and is a licensed sales associate and licensed mortgage broker in the state of Florida.
