Mr. Odorico’s real estate development career began in Southern California where he served as Partner with Trammell Crow in Los Angeles.  He later founded and operated his own development corporation that specialized in speculative office space and industrial buildings throughout Southern California.  After relocating to Florida in 1991, he became the head of residential development for Arvida Realty in both Tampa and Sarasota where they constructed numerous luxury high rise condominiums and golf course communities.  Mr. Odorico then partnered with Faison and helped create their development operation in South Florida, however he transferred to acquisitions after Faison was purchased by Trammell Crow.  Prior to joining Penn-Florida the Highland Beach resident was involved with numerous development projects for a variety of clientele.  As graduate of West Point, he served as a junior officer with the US Army in Germany and completed his tenure as Captain.  He then attended Stanford where he earned his MBA.
