Mr. Gensheimer originally founded the Penn-Florida companies in 1987 with two partners, and continues to direct the day to day operations of the company as its President. Under his direction, Penn-Florida has become one of the most recognized real estate owners, service providers and developers in Florida. Mr. Gensheimer’s experience includes the acquisition, financing, development, marketing and management of a wide variety of high profile real estate properties. Since the firm’s inception, Mr. Gensheimer has directed the successful asset maturation efforts of the company and is responsible for having assembled an extensive real estate portfolio consisting of office, retail, flex, industrial, residential and golf related properties, in addition he continues to assemble strategic parcels of land for future development.
