Mr. Procacci is responsible for new commercial property acquisitions and asset management at Penn-Florida Companies. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Procacci was the Vice President of Acquisitions with Cypress Creek Capital. His responsibilities included sourcing, closing and disposing of Commercial Real Estate Assets within the State of Florida totaling over $300 million. Previously, Mr. Procacci was an Investment Analyst for LNR Partners in Miami Beach, FL. His responsibilities included modeling multi-million dollar commercial mortgage backed securities to project future valuation and cash flows and preparing quarterly financial reports for Senior Management to assess the company’s non-investment grade tranche positions.

Mr. Procacci earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from American University and his MBA from University of Miami. He also holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license.
