Mr. Isaacson has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing and asset management of commercial real estate. He has acquired and financed over $2.5 billion in real estate transactions throughout the United States. His asset management experience includes the repositioning and redevelopment of office buildings, shopping centers and hotels, as well as the successful disposition of these assets.  In addition, Mr. Isaacson has been involved in several large scale residential developments.
 
Prior to joining Penn-Florida, Mr. Isaacson was President and Chief Investment Officer for Cypress Creek Capital where he was responsible for building an acquisition program that accrued over $500 million of commercial real estate throughout the state of Florida.  Previously, he was the Vice President and Director of Commercial Real Estate for The Trump Group, a private equity investment firm focusing on commercial real estate, residential development and corporate opportunities. Previously, he was Associate Vice President of Rockwood Realty Associates, LLC, a real estate investment banking firm, where he specialized in the disposition of institutional quality assets. He also held positions with the Archon Group, LP, an operating partner of the Whitehall Real Estate Funds and subsidiary of Goldman Sachs & Co.

Mr. Isaacson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and minor in Economics from the Crouse Hinds School of Management at Syracuse University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
