Penn-Florida manages each project with efficiency through establishing budgets, time lines and operational guidelines up front to ensure the client goals and expectations are not only met, but exceeded. All hard and soft costs are determined including service standards and coordinating training opportunities, pre and post opening activities and promotional events. Throughout the project, monthly operational reviews are scheduled to ensure that each department is performing within the budget and financial goals established.
