Architectural firm seeks to fill immediate opening(s) for Project Architect(s) in its studio. Successful candidate shall possess minimum 5-7 years (postgraduate) experience in commercial Space Planning and Construction Documentation for corporate office environments. Current backlog of projects include Class “A” commercial office buildings, light commercial/industrial buildings, corporate interiors and specialty retail. Job Description
Act in capacity of Project Manager with responsibilities for initial programming/design through construction administration. Must possess excellent programming and communication skills to guide project and client through architectural process.

Job Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree in Architecture (Florida license or eligibility a plus)
• Proficient experience in Archicad 10, modeling and construction documentation (or equivalent skill in AutoCAD with willingness to learn new software)
• Minimum of Intermediate skills in Photoshop, PageMaker, Artlantis and other presentation software
• Competent knowledge of Life Safety Code 101, ADA and BOMA measuring standards
• Self-motivated, organized and multi-task (project) capabilities in a team environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of interior building, mechanical systems and applicable codes
