Job Description

The position is a design professional who can take established designs and direction to produce cutting edge real estate corporate work. We are looking for someone with a positive and collaborative work style that also has the ability to successfully execute all design tasks and responsibilities

Job Specifications

• Create and design real estate marketing materials such as flyers, postcards, monthly newsletters, weekly e-mail blasts, advertisements, collateral, signage, press releases.
• Must be detail orientated, meticulous and creative.
• Concept, visual development and final execution of all design direction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3.5 years as a full time professional graphic designer.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) on PC Platform.
• Office technology requirements are all Microsoft Office products, Act and GroupWise.
• Web graphic/designer software knowledge a plus.
• Real estate or affiliated industry experience preferred
