Penn-Florida is seeking a self-driven, results oriented professional with extensive experience in real estate development to fill a project coordinator role that includes the daily operational and administrative support for the Executive Vice President – Director of Development.

The successful candidate will have the following experience and capabilities:

  • Manage Senior Executive daily workflow, schedule and correspondence and word processing
  • Track individual projects including complex activities, critical deadlines, multiple constultants and /or third party resources
  • Coordinate document control during due diligence, acquisition, financing and vertical construction of projects
  • Act as liaison to various interdepartment team members to coordinate ownership related activities

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years minimum experience in real estate development
  • Must have experience with executive calendar management, travel itinerary as well as relationship management of all senior level executive contacts.
  •  Office technology requirements are all Microsoft Office products, ACT, Groupwise and knowledge of Meridian Prolog is a plus.
