Planning & Feasibility Studies

Land planning and development design analysis are completed to maximize each project’s potential. Development scenarios are created to explore the highest and best use of the land acquisition.

Schematic Design

Every project is approached with the highest design standards possible. Intricate details, efficient building designs, context response and project marketability are governing priorities in the design process. Preliminary designs are produced to communicate the overall scope and project intent. Plans, renderings, models, elevations and summarized program(s) establish the project parameters.

Design Development/Construction Documents /Administration

Approved design documents evolve congruently through the design development, engineering and final construction document phase. Value engineering cost saving details and systems are incorporated to minimize construction costs. Each project is managed through the construction process to ensure adherence to design intent and to provide the construction team with expedient responses to any questions that may arise.

Interior Design

Full interior design services compliment the broad range of architectural services that we offer. Interior finishes such as flooring, wall treatments, furniture and accessories are selected to enhance the architectural design. All finishes are selected from leading manufacturer’s current, cutting-edge product lines.

 


Interior Space Planning & Construction Documents

Our interiors department provides detailed programming, as-built verification and space planning services for all prospective tenants. Each prospect is thoroughly consulted to ascertain their business and facility needs. Final floor plans are completed and serve as the foundation for interior design and construction document services that follow.


Ancillary Design Services

As a fully integrated architecture department, additional services such as building as-builts, ADA code analysis, capital improvement designs, lease plans and BOMA summary services are provided.

Construction

Construction Management

Our construction manager’s extensive experience in the design/build industry creates a solid management foundation. Budget quality control, scheduling, subcontract management and governmental coordination are critical control points in every project. This experience provides important stability when constructing projects in-house or when managing third party contractors.

Interior Construction

Interior build-outs are managed by key personnel as an extension of the array of design services that we offer. We provide our clients with a single point contact throughout the build-out process. Budgeting, quality control, scheduling and efficient move in/close out procedures ensure projects are completed expediently and congruently with client expectations.

Capital Improvements

Extensive experience in exterior and interior construction provides exceptional strength when undertaking capital improvement projects. Whether the project involves major building additions or simple interior finish upgrades, each project is managed to the finite detail
