The portfolio management team at Penn-Florida develops long-term strategic planning for each asset through comprehensive business plans that include one, five and ten year cashflow statements, commensurate capital improvement schedules, demographic analysis, and return on investment studies. Together, these reports enable Penn-Florida to develop a well thought out exit strategy for each asset under its direction.

Financial Control

Penn-Florida provides monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for each investor represented in each of our properties. This encourages investor participation and control over their assets in every stage of development and ownership.
