Boca Raton - 1515 Associates Limited, a partnership between Cypress Creek Capital and Penn-Florida Companies, was honored with the Landscape Excellence Award for their building South City Plaza. This award recognizes outstanding landscaping of a large commercial property by the City of Boca Raton and the Boca Raton Beautification Committee, an award this building previously won in 2002.

Located on Federal Highway just south of Camino Real, South City Plaza is a four story office building comprised of over 175,000 square feet. Penn-Florida Companies, the leasing and management company, successfully repositioned the asset since 1515 Associates Limited acquired the building in 2006. Capital improvements to the property and enhancements to the amenities package are underway.
