Boca Raton – Penn Florida Realty Corporation, a full service commercial real estate brokerage headquartered in Boca Raton with offices in Orlando and Port St. Lucie, has announced two real estate lease transactions.

Ron Sneidman, broker associate, has completed the following two transactions:

IOTC, an International Oil Trading Corporation, has leased 7,037 SF of office space at One City Centre, 1 North Federal Highway, Boca Raton. Mr. Sneidman represented the Lessor, One North Federal, Ltd. The cobroker representing the Tenant was Gregory Lawrence of The Commercial Department.

Traveleaders, one of the largest travel services distribution companies in North America, has leased 2,485 SF of office space at South City Plaza, 1515 South Federal Highway, Boca Raton. Mr. Sneidman represented the Lessor, 1515 Associates Ltd. The cobroker representing the Tenant was Laurie Haarsgaard of Sand & Sea Realty, Inc.
